PICK THE WINNERS PROMOTION

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please note you must have turned over atleast $50 with the Bookmaker in the prior week to claim a prize

1.                  The terms and conditions set out below form part of the conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.

2.                  The Promoter is Betezy.com.au Pty Limited (ACN 126 953 526) of Fannie Bay Racetrack, Darwin NT 0801

3.                  Entry to the promotion is open to residents of Australia (except the ACT and SA) over the age of 18 years who hold customer accounts with Betezy.com.au (“Entrants”).  Employees of the Promoter (and their immediate families), its retailers, suppliers, agencies and associates are ineligible to enter.

4.                  The promotion commences on 24 October 2008 and concludes on a date to be determined by the Promoter (“Promotion Period”).

5.                  Entrants are not required to pay any money to enter the promotion.  However, any costs associated with accessing the Promoter’s website to enter the promotion are the responsibility of the Entrant.

6.                  Entrants to the promotion are eligible to win a daily prize upto $100,000 on each day within the Promotion Period (“Daily Prize”). In order to be eligible to win the Daily Prize, Entrants must:

(a)                have turned over atleast $50 with the bookmaker in the prior seven days of entering the promotion;

(b)                log onto their customer account and click on “Pick the Winners”;

(c)               correctly pick the winner of every race held that day on the track nominated by the Promoter (“Daily Races”).  If any race in the Daily Races is abandoned or not run then all entries for the day will be void; and

(d)                only enter the promotion once per day (regardless of whether the Entrant holds multiple customer accounts with Betezy.com.au ).

(e)                Major Prize is paid on mimimum 8 races in meeting otherwise consolation prize is paid. Betezy.com.au .

7.                  Subject to paragraph 10, the Entrant who correctly picks the winners of the Daily Races (being the official winner declared by the relevant trace club) wins the Daily Prize. Any entry to the promotion in which the Entrant does not select a winner for all races in the Daily Races shall be deemed to be an invalid entry.

8.                  The Promoter reserves the right, at any time during the Promotion Period, to verify the validity of entries and the Entrants, including an Entrant’s identity, age and place of residence, and to disqualify any Entrant who enters the promotion in a manner that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights..

9.              If more than one Entrant correctly picks the winners of the Daily Races, each winning Entrant shall win an amount equal to the Daily Prize divided by the number of winning Entrants for that day.

10.              The following consolation prizes paid in free bets are shared between any entrants that are able to pick the winners of races 1-4 of $200, races 1-5 $400 races 1-6 $1,000 races 1-7 $10,000 . Each winning Entrant shall win an amount equal to Prize divided by the number of winning Entrants for that day.

11.              The Promoter shall determine the winning Entrants on each day of the Promotion Period on that day following the last race of the Daily Races.

12.              If there are no winning Entrants for any given day of the Promotion Period, the Daily Prize will not be awarded for that day. Any Daily Prize that is not won by an Entrant will not be added to the Daily Prize for the next day.

13.              The winner of each Daily Prize will be contacted by telephone and their name will be published in The Australian within one week of the day on which they win.

14.              The Promoter will credit the winners with the amount to his account with the Promoter within 14 working days.

15.              The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries.

15.              By entering, the entrant consents to the Promoter using their personal information for the purposes of conducting this promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing and conducting the promotion) and for promotional and advertising purposes, including on the Promoter’s website. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
